They hold t...Very nice recipe for Brussel Sprouts. They hold their shape and take in the flavour from the gravy. I doubled the recipe and sauteed the onion/shallots first and then added the rest of the ingedients. Also, didnt have enough fresh tomatoes so substituted half of the tomatoes with a can of diced.
