The pan size probably did make a difference in the cooking time. The brownies should be moist, so there should be a bit of moisture. They continue to cook a bit after they come out of the oven too. Getting the correct amount of cooking time is a bit of a challenge, but I do encourage you to try them again.Lisa Turnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17596930753946940084noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5498332469430544166.post-2772947374930500192008-11-21T14:34:00.000-05:002008-11-21T14:34:00.000-05:00Hi Lisa,I tried these today, but I wasn't as succe...Hi Lisa,
I tried these today, but I wasn't as successful. I used two pans instead of one and I think I overcooked them. I judged them to be ready when there wasn't liquid on the skewer. Should it still be a bit liquid in the middle when you take them out? Maybe I need to try them again with the correct size pan.Jacqueline Meldrumhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05748535381400208316noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5498332469430544166.post-54900349268152406012008-11-18T19:21:00.000-05:002008-11-18T19:21:00.000-05:00yummm!try these gluten free browniesIngredients ...yummm!
try these gluten free brownies
Ingredients

* 1/2 cup Rice Flour
* 1/2 cup Gluten Free Plain Flour
* 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
* 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
* 1 cup Caster Sugar
* 2 eggs
* 150 grams Butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
