Baking Cookbook Giveaway

I am excited to announce that I am hosting my first giveaway here at Lisa's Kitchen. All you have to do is visit this page on Snubber and leave a comment on this blog post indicating the baking book you would most like to own from those featured. A random draw will take place to determine the winner. The deadline for the giveaway will be June 11th. Good luck everyone. I am so pleased to offer something to my valued readers. Regretfully, because of shipping costs, this giveaway is only open to residents of the US and Canada. My international friends will have a chance to receive a treat in the near future.

I've always wanted this book but could never justify buying it for myself. I've bought it for 3 people as gifts though! I secretly was just waiting for someone to give it to me as a present! :) "The Bread Baker's Apprentice: Mastering the Art of Extraordinary Bread"

I would love a copy of the Bread Baker's Apprentice. I've meant to buy it for quite some time now.

Thank you for hosting the contest. I don't usually post comments, but I have followed your recipes and enjoyed many of them over the past year or two.

Aww, it's a shame I can't participate. Really, shipping a book abroad doesn't cost that much! We Europeans always ship them abroad and shipping here is more expensive than in the States. :-P

I've heard so much raving about how fabulous Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day is - if I won this, I'd half expect it to make and bake the bread for me while I'm at work! :)

I would love "Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day: The Discovery That Revolutionizes Home Baking" - I've read other blogs where it's been raved about - getting it for free would be soooo sweet! Bread making has always eluded me, probably because of the time factor with traditional bread making - I think I could fit this into my schedule!

I just saw Ricki's tweet on this and I am so glad I did since I haven't had time to check blogs lately!

I have her awesome book, but it is a toss up for me between Artisan Bread and The Joy of Vegan Baking. I think I am going to have to go with Artisan Bread in 5 minutes :)
